The Wirtgen WR 4200 cold in-place recycler is the successor to the WR 4500, easily executing in-place recycling of roadways up to 113.7 ft in width in a single pass. The machine pulverizes the existin pavement and can mix water, hydraulic binder, apshalt emulsion or foamed asphalt with the reclaimed material. An integral ramping screed then lays the prepared paving material true to cross-section, line and level, and compacts it.
