The WR 4500 recycles pavements full-width in one pass, from 9-ft., 10-in., to 14-ft., 9-in. It's a cold recycling machine which base-recycles roads in complete width or single lanes, and permits admixing of cement and aggregates, as well as water-cememt-slurry and emulsion, with the recycled base material.

The roadway must be first milled by conventional cold milling machines. the reclaimed material is then mixed with admixed materials in the WR 4500, and the processed material is placed by an integrated high-performance tamping screed.
